Tara has served as Chief Judge Brenda S. Weaver's Judicial Assistant for 30 years and currently serves as the Association's Seminar Committee Co-Chair. She has previously served as President, Vice President, Treasurer, General Elected Member, and on several committees of the Association. Tara serves as an Ambassador for the Pickens County Chamber of Commerce, and is also a committee member for the Chamber's Youth Leadership Program. In 2019, she graduated from the Chamber's Leadership Pickens program. In her spare time, Tara enjoys reading, cross stitching, coloring, and putting together jigsaw puzzles. She and her husband also enjoy shopping at antique stores and attending and working at auctions.
