Kathy Spears Cobbs, has been employed with the Fulton County Superior Court for over 25 years. She has served in the position of Judicial Assistant to Judge Shukura L. Ingram, of the Atlanta Judicial Circuit, since 2018. Prior to that, she was the Judicial Assistant to Judge Alford Dempsey, Jr. from 2016-2017. She also served over a decade as the Administrative Assistant for two of the District Court Administrators in the 5th District, at which time she joined GASCJA. She has served on the Executive Committee as a General Elected Member since 2018 and has developed a true appreciation of being a member. Kathy believes if it were not for her GASCJA Membership through the years, she would have never met and made so many wonderful friendships with fellow Judicial Assistants in Georgia. Whenever she has spare time she enjoys movies, live contemporary jazz, surrounding her space with plants, cooking shows, health and wellness trends and traveling.
